We are in need of
Housekeeping Manager to work for a VIP Client based in Al Ain:

Job Requirements:

Must have minimum 56 years of experience in hotel
Must be able to manage all the staff working in the company including gardeners, cooks, drivers, housekeeping staff
6 working days a week with one day off
Will be asked to live in full time

Responsibilities:

Supervising room attendants and cleaning staff, checking that rooms are cleaned to a high standard
Preparing and designation a shift rota for staff
Hiring and training new employees
Stock taking and ordering cleaning equipment, linen and room supplies
Checking for faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work
Managing budgets and controlling costs
Making sure staff work to health and safety rules
Helping room attendants clean rooms during busy times

Salary offer :
From AED10,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Experience:

Hotel Housekeeping Manager: 5 years (required)
