We're looking for an Operations Manager with overall responsibility for all operational direction and approach within the Eastern Hemisphere, including strategy, service quality, performance and KPI management.


The role will be accountable for ensuring that processes exist, efficiencies are driven, global best practices are adopted, technical support is aligned, on and offshore field personnel are competent and, ultimately, the successful and safe delivery of all operational activities across the hemisphere.
