Main Duties

  • Always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike and provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
  • They must carry a valid abra and buggydriving license while on duty Check the battery water, lights etc. on a daily basis before using a Abra assist the abra buggy operation as when required.
  • To drive guests in the Abra wherever required within the resort following the schedule given by the Team Leader.
  • Ensure that all Abras are well maintained and clean at all times.
  • Any technical fault should be reported to the Team Leader or manager.
  • Follow all safety rules when driving the Abra and drive with care, making sure that the passengers are safe.
  • Charge the Abras at the end of each day to ensure they are in working order for the next day.
  • To perform tasks given by the management to assist the department in jobs that might be beyond the parameter of your daily job responsibilities.
  • Assisting the base as when required.
  • To assist the buggy operation when required.
  • Assisting with the abra tour cashiering, assisting with the Abra tour controller
  • To drive guests in the Abra wherever required within the resort following the schedule given by the Team Leader.
  • Is responsible follow and implement policies on board the vessel
  • To ensure that safety is provided whilst embarking/ disembarking passengers and personnel from vessels.
  • To have excellent knowledge of the channel layout for safe navigation
  • Ensure to fill the daily log book sheet and check list on daily basis.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience as skipper in any kind of vessel not less than 12 meter
  • STCW2010 basic safety training
  • DMCA/FTA license upto 12 mt
