Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to manage, supervise and motivate the team to unleash their full capacity and achieve the target goals.

Responsibilities:


  • Establish and foster a strong working relationship with Leasing Team and clients.
  • Implements an effective leasing procedure from receiving leads, client meet ups and house viewings, followup system till the contract signing.
  • Develops a strategic plan for client retention.
  • Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
  • Work on exclusive company projects and initiate successful integration of development plans.
  • Ensure that company standards, protocols, and procedures are well implemented to the Leasing Consultants.
  • Accurately review contracts, listings, and reports.
  • Exhibit strong negotiating skills in pitching deals to clients.
  • Reports daily to the Director of the target set to achieve and how it is integrated with the whole team.

Requirements:


  • Must have real estate experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English Skills.
  • Good Negotiating, Communication, and networking skills.
  • Confident and well Presented/Smartly dressed.
  • Selfdriven, Hardworking, Outgoing, Ambitious and Reliable.
  • Good computer literacy

Pay:
AED9, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management: 1 year (preferred)
