Responsibilities:


1.


Dog Care and Supervision:

  • Provide attentive care and supervision to dogs in the facility, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Implement positive reinforcement training techniques to promote good behavior.

2.


Exercise and Enrichment:

  • Plan and execute exercise routines and play sessions tailored to the individual needs and energy levels of each dog.
  • Utilize enrichment activities to stimulate mental and physical wellbeing.

3.


Training Support:

  • Assist in training programs under the guidance of the lead trainer.
  • Reinforce training commands and cues during play and socialization sessions.

4.


Health Monitoring:

  • Monitor dogs for signs of illness, injury, or stress and report any concerns to the veterinary team.
  • Administer medications or treatments as directed by the veterinary staff.

5.


Customer Interaction:

  • Interact with clients, providing updates on their dogs progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Foster positive relationships with dog owners through clear communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience working with dogs in a professional setting.
  • Knowledge of canine behavior, training principles, and basic health care.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle and control dogs of various sizes and breeds.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Certification in dog training or related field is a plus.

Requirements:


  • UAE residency and valid work permit.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
