Sales Executive - Catering Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our thriving catering company.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting our catering services and securing new clients.
Your ability to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals will contribute to the continued success of our company.
-Responsibilities:_
- Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients to promote our catering services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospective clients to showcase our catering offerings and address their requirements.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes, tailored to the client's event or occasion.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure a winwin outcome for both parties.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing clients, fostering customer loyalty and generating repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Requirements:_
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings or events.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
