Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a background in immigration services? We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our immigration division.


Position:
Sales Manager (Immigration Experience)
Location: Dubai
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based bonuses


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the immigration services sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the immigration industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the immigration services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Indepth knowledge of immigration processes, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
