Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Sales Manager to join our team in the construction materials industry.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our 6-8 sales personnel, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our customer base.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 15 years of UAE experience in the same industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry.
  • Must be capable to achieve company sales targets (to be discussed) and achieve company sales growth.
  • Knowledge of building materials, construction industry, and market trends
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • UAE: 10 years (required)
  • Building and
Construction Materials: 5 years (required)
