Your responsibilities include:

Assist in the development of masterplan and urban design concepts.
Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, reports, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Coordinate concept design, schematic design, and detail design documents.
Create detailed drawings, using computeraided design (CAD) and other 3D modelling software.
Develop and update construction documents, including master plans, urban design plans and diagrams, site sections and diagrams and details.
Develop design of a range of project types and scales by preparing sketches, drawings, illustrations, 3D models, and rendered plans and perspectives.
Assist in the preparation of site analysis assessments and strategies.
Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required.
Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations.

What you will need:

A bachelor's degree in architecture / Urban Design / Planning and other relevant degree program.
At least 13 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent hand drawing or sketching skills.
Strong presentation and graphic design skills and familiarity with visualization tools.
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modelling and visualization tools.
Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Good understanding of local regulations and standards.
Relevant experience in the GCC and an understanding of the cultural norms and requirements of the region.
