IT sales specialist - Dubai

  • 2 Years + experience of Sales in IT industry
  • 2 Years + experience working with IT solutions such as ERP, Cyber Security, Cloud computing, IT Infrastructure.
  • Any nationality
  • Preferably with IT background

Responsibilities:


  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in team meetings.

Requirements:


  • Minimum High school diploma/GED
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology
  • Familiar with IT Software Development language
  • Passionate about Information Technology
  • 1+ years of IT sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and IT software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problemsolving skills.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • IT Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Cloud Computing: 2 years (preferred)
