The Role

Position Title:
Demi Chef de

Partie Employment Type:

Full Time Salary:
up to 2.5K AED plus company accommodation, transportation and duty meal

Job Location:
Al Rawdah, Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the region's leading catering and hospitality services provider

Job Description:

Assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation and cooking activities.
Responsible for specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain quality and presentation standards of dishes within assigned section.
Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure effective workflow and coordination

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationals
38 years old and below
At least 1 year experience in the similar role
Knowledge in HACCP, Continental & Arabic cuisine
