Description
We are looking for one of our client is a position of
AC Grill Fabricator in Al Ain.


Job requirements:


  • Operate cutting torch and manual plasma cutter as needed.
  • Utilize various tools to deburr, planish, grind and polish the product.
  • Utilize inspection gauging on parts and run first piece inspection of parts.
  • Multiskilled in different operations (fabrication, machining, inspection)Contribute to continuous improvement and support 6S initiatives.
  • Ability to be flexible to support team's goals (duties, hours, and overtime).
  • Use basic machine shop equipment to fabricate a variety of useful metal items for manufacturing including guards, racks, containers, tables, protective railing.
  • Maintain & repair metal containers and storage racks used by manufacturing.
  • Repair gear belts, chain drives, shaft bearings, and seal assemblies as directed

Skill required:


  • Knowledge of dying and color mixing.
  • Knowledge of fabric properties.
  • Ability to show applicable work samples is critical.
  • Must be available to arrive on time to work daily, mínimal Saturday hours.
  • Ability to use precise measuring equipment.
  • Have a basic understanding of machine tool, welding, and fabrication techniques.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
