Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels to expand the customer base.

Property Listings:

Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on property options.

Property Showings:
Conduct property showings and tours for potential buyers.

Negotiation:
Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Documentation:
Handle all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.

Qualifications:

Proven minimum experience of 3 year as a Real Estate Agent in UAE

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends.

Self-motivated and goal oriented.

Valid real estate license.

Good-looking appearance and professional demeanor.
