Description
Duties & Responsibilities- Assisting clients to make sound propertypurchasing decisions.
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through coldcalling, advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most soughtafter and profitable areas.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
- 6 months 1 year + work experience in Real Estate Industry
- Knowledge and Understanding of Abu Dhabi Market
- Trilingual in Languages
- Must be available for FacetoFace Interview
- Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Commission Based Package
Salary:
From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
