Jacobs is looking for a talented Urban Planner to join our Cities and Places team in Dubai, Knowledge of design is acknowledged and valued but this is not an urban design/architecture position.

You will be given the opportunity to learn and work on Urban Planning and Policy component for masterplan projects.

In addition, you will also meet the following requirements:

Assist in writing Current Assessment multisectoral reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop urban planning and design solutions
Prepare client presentations and content
Good knowledge of data collection and research capabilities and ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to understand land use, context, concept and detailed maps
Experience in stakeholder coordination and policy development and governance is a plus
Understanding of planning the MENA region especially in the UAE
Team work and collaboration within a team/dedication to meet client deadlines
