Commis II - Italian Cuisine

What you will be doing:

Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Achieve high quality production all over cost control.
Work in a safe manner in accordance with HACCP regulations.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

Preferably having Italian Cuisine background
Minimum 12 year of experience in the same field.
Able to work in a highpressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
Add diplomas/certifications required if needed

Team with a culture diversity is highly appreciated & focusing on collaboration and cooperation
