Responsibilities:

  • Drafts reports, letters, and proposals, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
  • Alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
  • Manage travel and schedule.
  • Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Prepare statistical reports.
  • Manage spreadsheets.
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Prepare agenda for meetings.
  • Prepare and file minutes of meetings.
  • Takes and transcribes dictation.
  • Plans events and volunteer activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages and ensure the packages are delivered to the Management on timely manner
