The Role

Join us as a Procurement Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing dynamic procurement strategies for Gulf Coca-Cola Beverages that directly align with our business goals and strategy.

Get ready to lead sourcing initiatives, revamp procurement processes, and collaborate with diverse departments to uncover exciting cost-saving opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities Data Analysis:

Gather, analyze, and maintain procurement data.
Generate reports to support decisionmaking.
Stay informed about market trends and prices to make informed purchasing decisions.

Procurement Process Support:

Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies.
Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs.
Execute the agreedupon strategy using a tailored approach.
Work on savings projects aligned with business priorities.

Administrative Activities:

Manage purchase requests received through the online system.
Ensure competitive bidding in line with procurement policies.
Obtain quotes when contracts are not in place.
Handle documentation requirements and demurrage claims in the clearance department.
Manage claims with suppliers.
Ensure shipping insurance is in place as needed.
Oversee contract expirations through renewal or tendering.

Procurement Operations:

Support in executing cost pricing, contract, and negotiation strategies.
Build sustainable relationships with suppliers.

Ensure Excellent Service:

Achieve 100% ontime and infull supplier delivery as per targets.
Optimize raw material inventory levels.
Monitor and align transactions in the procuretopayment process.
Develop a systematic ordering process.
Lead the supplier selection and negotiation process.
Continuously assess market conditions and supplier conditions.
Identify alternative supply sourcing options, including localization.

Requirements:

Role Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations or related - Background in strategic sourcing, category management, risk management, and supplier relationship management.

- Strong presentation skills. - Experience in project management. - Good understanding of DOIP (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion). - Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create comprehensive analytical reports and provide training. - Leadership capabilities for managing a team in this field. - Knowledge of SAP systems and financial analysis. - Willing to work in Dubai, UAE. - English and Arabic Speaking - Local UAE national with Family book
