The Role

Join us as a Procurement Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing dynamic procurement strategies for Gulf Coca-Cola Beverages that directly align with our business goals and strategy.

Get ready to lead sourcing initiatives, revamp procurement processes, and collaborate with diverse departments to uncover exciting cost-saving opportunities.


Roles & Responsibilities Data Analysis:

  • Gather, analyze, and maintain procurement data.
  • Generate reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Stay informed about market trends and prices to make informed purchasing decisions.

Procurement Process Support:

  • Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Execute the agreedupon strategy using a tailored approach.
  • Work on savings projects aligned with business priorities.

Administrative Activities:

  • Manage purchase requests received through the online system.
  • Ensure competitive bidding in line with procurement policies.
  • Obtain quotes when contracts are not in place.
  • Handle documentation requirements and demurrage claims in the clearance department.
  • Manage claims with suppliers.
  • Ensure shipping insurance is in place as needed.
  • Oversee contract expirations through renewal or tendering.

Procurement Operations:

  • Support in executing cost pricing, contract, and negotiation strategies.
  • Build sustainable relationships with suppliers.

Ensure Excellent Service:

  • Achieve 100% ontime and infull supplier delivery as per targets.
  • Optimize raw material inventory levels.
  • Monitor and align transactions in the procuretopayment process.
  • Develop a systematic ordering process.
  • Lead the supplier selection and negotiation process.
  • Continuously assess market conditions and supplier conditions.
  • Identify alternative supply sourcing options, including localization.

Requirements:


Role Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations or related - Background in strategic sourcing, category management, risk management, and supplier relationship management.

- Strong presentation skills. - Experience in project management. - Good understanding of DOIP (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion). - Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create comprehensive analytical reports and provide training. - Leadership capabilities for managing a team in this field. - Knowledge of SAP systems and financial analysis. - Willing to work in Dubai, UAE. - English and Arabic Speaking - Local UAE national with Family book
