Description

Responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase customer loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of the latest products, services, and industry trends
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
  • Attend training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the showroom

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive sales in the UAE market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
