Zareil Building Materials Trading LLC is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team.The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the production and distribution of building materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance risk and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees to ensure that they are aware of and adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and review business practices and operations to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay uptodate with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the production and distribution of building materials.
- Work with other departments within the company to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure that the company is aware of changes in compliance requirements.
- Prepare reports for senior management on compliance activities and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the production and distribution of building materials.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
