Description

Financial & Operational

  • Manage the preparation of the 3Year Plan, annual budget, forecasts, and monthly performance of the company
  • Implement and drive the financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Budgets, and Forecasts
  • Analyze the budget variance and operations performance and provide the Management with a timely analysis with recommended and corrective action plans
  • Financial & nonfinancial KBI's Integrated business planning
  • Driving Business review meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Manage monthly MIS closing & consolidation with data accuracy, integrity and financial controls are in place
  • Conceptualize and produce Business Case financial models for new investments and rental negotiations based on solid financial knowledge and business acumen
  • Support on driving strategic initiatives and alignment with business goals & objectives
  • Analyses of revenue projections, costs and compare trends
  • Responsibility for timely reporting Franchisor and partner along with maintaining data integrity
  • Responsible for Cash Flow forecasts and ensure funding within Forecast for Concept including Territories
  • Monthly review of balance sheet with related schedules

Business Partnering

  • Support and provide function heads with monthly reports, analysis, and findings to support the decisionmaking process, and followup on the actions needed
  • Review of the KBI targets and achievement
  • Partnering with Brands and all territories to maintain risk tracker and subsequently driving business performance through risk mitigation

Reporting

  • Prepare a monthly financial performance presentation to internal stakeholders
  • Perform adhoc business analyses and financial modelling, proposing recommendations on planned future initiatives
  • Develop detailed analysis for the budget to identify any potential risks or deviations concerns, ensuring compliance and alignment to Landmark group guidelines
  • Support and deliver periodic management presentation to corporate and board
  • Leading Ad hoc reporting

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong business partnering skills and rounded view of business strategy, processes, and financial objectives
  • Strong analytical abilities with sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills, the ability to perform financial modelling and analyses
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with experience to deal effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently and in crossfunctional teams
  • Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals
  • Ability to develop new processes and recommend improvement in existing processes
  • Excellent resources & people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Education

  • Qualified CA or ACCA

Experience:


  • 510 years of experience with Real Estate
