Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

  • Scheduling appointments and maintain the calendars for the suppliers or subcontractors as per site request.
  • Assist colleagues about their queries and requests.
  • Experience in managing finance function, maintaining proper books of accounts, vendor reconciliation
  • Preparing and sending the LPOs to suppliers/ subcontractors.
  • Very Good Attention to Detail
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Taking on initiatives for office operations runs smoothly.
  • Must be able to assist the Accounting Manager when necessary.
  • Reconciliation of Credit Card Statement Transactions with receipts/invoices received and provide the card statements.
  • Assisting on quarterly VAT Filing.
  • Preferably with accounting background/ experience
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (particularly Excel/Word).
  • Draft mails, letters, memo, circulars when necessary.
  • Cater to office stationary & pantry requirements.
  • Flexible to business needs.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

- accounts assistant: 2 years (required)


Language:

- tagalog (required)
