Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to arrange transportation services
Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to ensure that services are provided at a competitive price
Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate
Monitor shipment status and communicate with carriers and customers to ensure timely delivery
Resolve any issues or problems that arise during transportation, including scheduling conflicts, delays, and damage to goods
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, rates, and customer information
Identify opportunities for business development and growth, including new markets and potential customers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Proven experience as a Freight Broker or similar role
Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including carriers, regulations, and pricing
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
