Core Responsibilities:


  • Manage staffing requirements of customers and always ensure optimum customer service.
  • Improve programs related to training, recognition recruiting and retention.
  • Execute employee's orientation program complying with established customer's policies.
  • Monitor and respond to all personnel issues as well as concerns quickly plus effectively.
  • Ensure to counsel all employees effectively to accomplish productivity as well as quality goals.
  • Ensure to anticipate all needs of customer.
  • Manage tracking reports every month on basis of Quality Performance results or various determined criteria.
  • Monitor performance of On-Site Staffing Specialist as necessary.
  • Ensure to operate within company policy, exercise discretion as well as judge independently to make decisions.
  • Ensure to focus on expense, costofservice management and profitable pricing to attain targeted contribution.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in operation supervisor, with a focus on handling delivery drivers and construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skills, specifically in the context of handling employee grievances.
  • Proven ability to optimize operational processes and drive efficiency in the specialized manpower supply services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong customer service orientation.

From AED5,000.00 per month
