We are currently looking for an e-commerce executive.

Roles & Responsibilities

The e-commerce executive is responsible for managing the online sales and operations of a company's e-commerce platform. You will monitor website performance, analyze customer data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve the online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ecommerce marketing strategies to drive online sales.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer data and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on the ecommerce platform.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecommerce.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
  • Provide customer support and resolve inquiries or complaints related to online sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ecommerce.

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce or online sales.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
