PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain a strong knowledge of available properties, including their features, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Use CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads, followups, and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE:


Educational Requirements / Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.

Experience:


  • One to two years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is beneficial but not always mandatory. New entrants to the industry can also be considered.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and technology used in real estate sales is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building longterm relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
