Summary

As a Leasing Agent in our dynamic real estate team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the leasing process for residential and commercial properties.

Your primary responsibilities will include marketing available properties, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience for both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties.
Follow up the property listings
Conduct property tours to showcase features and highlight key selling points.
Address tenant inquiries and provide relevant property information.
Collaborate with property owners to negotiate lease terms and conditions.
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all legal requirements are met.
Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and agreements.
Facilitate the signing of lease documents by all parties involved.
Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Address and resolve tenant concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
Provide market analysis reports to assist in determining optimal rental pricing.

Qualifications:

Negotiation Skills
Organization and Time Management:
Ability to effectively communicate with property owners, tenants, and colleagues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating property listings, negotiating lease terms, and addressing tenant inquiries.
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and professional leasing experience for tenants.
Ability to address tenant concerns and build positive relationships.
Understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and rental rates.
Detailoriented approach in reviewing lease agreements, conducting property inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
Quick problemsolving skills to address tenant concerns or unexpected property issues.
Basic sales skills to effectively market and promote available properties.
Experience in the field of real estate at least one year
