Genuine IT Systems LLC is a System Integration Company, founded in 2013 by establishing its offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Ever since we have witnessed tremendous growth. We specialize in Audio Visual solutions and services for small, mid-sized and large-scale projects all over UAE.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers/accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events to strengthen relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Work together with internal team, such as presales, and Technical, to prepare the proposals and ensure smooth sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of Three years salesrelated experience in managing key enterprise accounts
  • Prior experience working in an AV systems integration company.
  • Strong network with Government and Corporate Accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals/objectives and achieving revenue.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical team and internal departments to ensure customer expectations.
  • Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive and senior management either in distributors, customers, or endusers.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect, present to a wide variety of clients from multiple disciplines, and consistently close large deals.
  • Ability to listen to the customer to understand what the customers' business requirements/goals are and to take this information and effectively present/articulate audio & video solutionthat can solve the customers problems and/or meet their requirements/goals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
Eligibility Requirements

  • UAE Driving License.
  • English (mandatory); Arabic Speaking and other languages (Optional)
  • Three Years of experience in Sales.
  • Prior experience in solution offering in AV.
  • Must be currently in UAE.
