Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue and fostering strong customer relationships.

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, from order initiation to delivery, while providing exceptional customer service.

This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments.


Responsibilities:


Order Management:
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all specifications, pricing, and terms are correct. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to monitor order progress, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery.


Customer Support:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, availability, and order status.

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.


Sales Team Assistance:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies, track sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders, customer interactions, and communication. Generate regular sales reports and performance analyses to support informed decision-making.


Communication:

Foster open communication channels between sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to orders or customer requirements.


Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands related to kids' furniture. Provide insights to the sales team to aid in the development of effective sales strategies.


Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience (5 years) in sales coordination, customer support, or related roles.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with the kids' furniture industry or related fields is a plus.

Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in fast paced environment and perform at high levels under pressure.

AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
