Can Join Immediately in our Abu Dhabi Office:

  • 3+ years of experience with purchasing in business experience with purchasing methodologies and tools with a broad-based market knowledge of vendors, products, and services
  • Ability to create purchasing documents, including purchase requisitions and orders, statements of work, and amendments or addendums.
  • Ability to review and negotiate terms and conditions and evaluate contractual risk.
  • Knowledge of the strategic sourcing methodology.
  • Ability to draft contractual agreements for proposed procurements.
  • Ability to review terms and conditions and evaluate contractual risk.
  • Ability to interface with internal groups or teams at multiple organizational levels.
  • Possession of excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • BA or BS degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Government Procurement Experience preferred, with knowledge and experience in full procurement life cycle and ability to build a CPSR compliant procurement file.
