Lead Generation specialist:
The specialist's main roles are as below:
- Researching Prospects
- Contacting / Cold Calling prospective customers
- Qualifying lead - this means that they can determine if a lead meets the requirements to buy a company's product or service.
- Managing Contact base - has to maintain and update CRM
- Improving processes - making suggestions to the Business developer that may help boost the process and make certain tasks easier
- Communication - smooth communicator
- Basic sales knowledge - knowing how sales works, such as how the prospect completes various steps on the way to becoming a customer.
- Tech Savvy - Staying on top of the latest developments in a tech organization, helps lead specialists speak prospects' language as well as brainstorm ideas with internal teams.
- Targeting and segmentation - must be able to determine whether a lead fits in with your ideal customer profile and the stage of the buyer's journey the lead is in. That knowledge facilitates lead nurturing and helps personalize communication to help qualify leads for the next stage.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate or Bachelors degree in any related field
- 1 to 2 years experience in data research and researching
- Professional/ Intermediate English speaker and basic Arabic is a plus point
Pay:
Up to AED3,000.00 per month
