Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming inquiries, meet the clients with a presentation of services, and close the deals.
- Accountable to meet the target for no of meetings, costing's, proposals, negotiation, contract signing & onboarding.
- Responsible for R&D towards competitors and clients, learn and implement new staffing and recruitment strategies, Initiate new processes as a part of innovation
- To excel in set KPI's year on year by overachieving the Targets, Customer Satisfaction, Up-Selling and Cross-Selling, adding new Logos to the portfolio, etc.
- Ensuring a high percentage of Fill Ratio and Hit Ratio, and maintaining them consistently.
- Monthly participation in the MIS meetings, MBR, Internal Sales Kickoff meetings, Process Development training, etc.
- To work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors for generating effective leads.
Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
