Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and assist them with their travel needs and inquiries.
  • Provide information on travel destinations, including attractions, accommodations, and transportation options.
  • Make flight, hotel, and tour reservations using our booking systems.
  • Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues efficiently.
  • Keep uptodate with travel trends, promotions, and industry news.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the counter.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a travel agency or related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and office software.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains.
  • Fluency in English/Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Must be due to specific cultural considerations.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
