Position Overview:
As a Line Cook in our authentic Italian Restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating the culinary masterpieces that leave our guests craving for more.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of Italian dishes, ensuring their consistent quality and timely delivery.
Your passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Prepare and portion ingredients following established recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency and authenticity in every dish.
Cooking:
Execute cooking techniques and methods to produce Italian dishes, including pasta, risotto, pizza, antipasti, sauces, and more, with utmost precision and flavor.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation to exceed customer expectations and uphold the reputation of our restaurant.
Timely Execution:
Work efficiently and collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly, maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Kitchen Safety and Cleanliness:
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of the team and customers.
Menu Development:
Contribute creative ideas for new dishes and menu items, incorporating traditional Italian flavors with a modern twist.
Ingredient Management:
Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock rotation, and inform the head chef or kitchen manager about any supply needs.
Adaptability:
Be open to learning new recipes and techniques, as well as adjusting cooking methods to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions.
Requirements:

Culinary Skills: Proven experience as a line cook with expertise in Italian cuisine, understanding traditional Italian cooking techniques and flavors.

Passion for Italian Cuisine: A genuine love for Italian food and a desire to create exceptional dishes that bring joy to diners.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in following recipes and maintaining consistency to achieve the highest quality dishes.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
