Job description
Channel Sales Manager position focused on expanding AVP's established pipeline of Audio-Visual technology focusing on new clients in GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop meaningful and strategic relationships with new key decision makers in the, focused on providing leading Audio-Visual technical solutions.
  • To sell solutions throughout the GCC regions, ensuring the right solution for our clients at the right price and at the right margin
  • To develop bids and respond to proposal requests, including collaborating with our international team of engineers and software developers to create such bid packages and proposal responses
  • To develop and sell new AVP solutions that take immersive, collaborative, and richly themed experiences to new levels of innovation and excitement
  • To talk to clients confidently about Audio-Visual technologies in relation to new projects, affirming established AVP's reputation as an industry leading organization

KPIs

  • To grow the AVP client base in GCC and increase AVP's relationship equity status across new client portfolios
  • To achieve significant penetration in contract registration for AVP in GCC
  • To become an effective AVP salesperson across all targeted business lines within 6 months of starting, including a minimum annualized revenue stream in the GCC regions within 12 months of joining

  • Solid understanding of present and future Audio-Visual technologies and systems
  • A natural focus toward relationship building and nurturing
  • Ability to write effective and professional sales proposals and bid/RFP responses
  • Innovative problemsolving and ideageneration to constantly value engineer the products and services we offer
  • Can tackle problems, issues and blockers while always maintaining the customer relationship
  • Able to portfolio plan and forecast short/medium/long term business levels
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis to client sites and offices, including overseas travel

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Pay:
AED6, AED10,000.00 per month
