At least 5-8 years' experience in Secretarial role to the senior management /C level executives in UAE (absolutely mandatory)

  • Must have hands on experience in preparing office circulars, memos, meeting notes, etc. both in ARABIC & ENGLISH languages.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.
  • Should be able to handle things independently on behalf of MD.
  • Languages: English + Arabic
  • Job location: Sharjah

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Degree in business administration or relative field
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS EXCEL.
  • Indepth knowledge of office management
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
