Front Office Executive


Job Location:

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Keep inventory tracking records of all members
  • Manage the inventory of all the academy supplies
  • Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and managing Academy vendors
  • Maintaining the sports schedule and responsible for all bookings
  • Maintaining records for all customers
  • Update calendars and all schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Qualifications:


  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Must be a Sportive person,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
- interest in Sports, Martial Arts and fitness, And Preferably practicing them.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
