Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Photographer to join our real estate company.

As a Videographer and Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content, including videos and photographs, to showcase our properties and enhance our marketing efforts.

Your work will play a crucial role in attracting potential buyers and creating engaging content for our online platforms.

Responsibilities:

Capture highquality videos and photographs of properties, both interior and exterior, highlighting key features, amenities, and unique selling points.
Create visually appealing and compelling property tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos.
Utilize professional equipment and tools, such as cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software, to achieve exceptional results.
Edit and enhance videos and photographs to ensure optimal quality, color accuracy, and overall visual appeal.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience to deliver effective visual content.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and proper organization.
Coordinate and schedule property shoots, ensuring timely delivery of final content.
Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to understand property specifications and capture them effectively.
Occasionally travel to various properties within the assigned area to capture footage and photographs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in using professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and editing software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate videography and photography.
Knowledge of composition, lighting, and color grading techniques to create visually stunning content.
Excellent editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver highquality work consistently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members and clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain digital assets.
Flexibility to travel to various locations as required.
