Responsibilities

  • Capturing highresolution images of properties for online listings and other marketing materials
  • Taking photographs and videos of interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in order to promote them for sale or rent
  • Shooting real estate listings to help agents advertise their properties online
  • Coordinating with clients to schedule appointments for interior photography sessions
  • Creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, postcards, and pamphlets
  • Taking pictures of people at homes or businesses for promotional purposes
  • Shooting interior, exterior, and detail shots of properties for marketing purposes

Requirements:

Own equipment are required:


  • Creative and original works, experience with interviewtype videos

Videography/phography skills are required:


  • Proficient working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Premiere
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Motion and 3D design a big advantage
