As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

As a Branch Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the salon and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising salon staff, including hair stylists, nail technicians, receptionists and support staff.
  • Coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
  • Training and mentoring new and existing staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitoring the quality of services provided to clients and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are wellstocked and organized.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Upholding salon policies and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends, new techniques, and products to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in staff management, training, and team coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of various beauty services, products, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using salon management software and basic computer skills.
