One of our reputed Clients an International Company is looking forward to recruit a
Regional Operations Executive Assistant with the following details:

Dubai

Contract Duration:
Long Term Assignment

Provide support to the Head of dept. with general administrative tasks.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments to the Head of dept.
Arranging travel and accommodation for the Head of dept.
Management of correspondence and dealing with incoming communication.
Producing documents, reports and presentations
Work closely with the Regional Operations dept team.
Liaising with different departments (finance, legal, HR, Marketing & Sales)
Coordinating the information flow around the company by relaying different information's between countries of the region.
Liaising with clients, consultants & Business Advisors, partners and government establishments (Embassies, consulates, ministries)
Coordination of internal and external events, seminars and exhibitions
Organization of meetings, conf calls, video conferences.
Provide support to Regional Operations team (documents, meetings, travel arrangements if needed)
Provide Support to the Senior Management in the Headquarters
France (visits, conf calls, meetings)
Support and coordination in some marketing & communication tasks (exhibitions, events, conferences)
Ensure adherence to corporate policies & procedures, ethical standards and code of conduct whilst keeping up with global standards.
