As a Luxury Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing a high-end, personalized shopping experience to our most discerning clients.

You will act as a fashion, style, and trend expert, working closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

You will carefully select high-quality luxury items to meet the unique expectations and requirements of each client.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Build a trusting relationship with clients and understand their style preferences and needs.
Provide personalized advice on the latest fashion trends, luxury brands, and designer pieces.
Organize private shopping sessions instore or at clients' residences based on their preferences.
Thoughtfully select luxury clothing, accessories, and beauty products for each client, considering their personal style, body shape, and budget.
Coordinate fittings and alterations to ensure perfect garment fit.
Stay updated on fashion trends and luxury brand releases to remain informed and deliver topnotch service.
Manage clients' purchases and payments efficiently and professionally.
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and maintain longterm relationships.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a personal shopper, personal stylist, or in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, luxury brands, and current trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Sharp sense of style and creativity, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to establish trust with highend clientele and maintain confidentiality.
