  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe/restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Min 2 years experience as Operations Executive in Restaurant / Cafe's
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Willing to Relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
