Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the accounts payable and receivables
  • Posting journal entries, maintaining the profit and loss account and the balance sheet up to date and all the closing entries made in each month
  • Compile and analyze financial statements
  • Receive and verify accuracy of invoices and book them in accounting system
  • Vat filing in every quarter
  • Liaising with external audit for the monthly audit review
  • Processing the payments and monitoring the PDCs accordingly
  • Prepare and submit the monthly financial report to the auditor and the management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Salary

AED 3,000 per month plus accomodation

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

  • Accounting: 1 year (required)
