Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
Continuous and vigorous communication with the local community and university alumni, organizing events and activities that benefit the graduates, and preparing the necessary reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing questionnaires for graduates and distributing them and entering their data.
- Continuous and vigorous communication with the alumni community.
- Monitoring and updating the graduates' data periodically and continuously.
- Communicate with graduates to participate in the activities organized by the university.
- Communicate with external parties to find out what job opportunities they have for our graduates.
- Work on preparing the monthly Alumni Enewsletter.
- Organizing events and activities for graduates.
- Work on integrating the graduates into the university's social media pages.
- Attending courses and events for the alumni community.
- Writing Reports.
General conditions:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English language, spoken and written.
- Good command of Computer use, particularly MS office programs.
- Strong communication skills, courteous and people friendly personality.
- 2 years related experience, fresh graduates can also apply.
