Hiring Asst Product Manager-Solitaire/ Era and Precia


Responsibilities:

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Developing and Introducing new solitaire products frequently.
  • Coordinating with solitaire designers and suppliers for the new creations
  • Creating solitaire product range for collection and promotion launches.
  • Monitoring sales performance of solitaire new introductions.
  • Suggesting best sellers based on the design performance.
  • Exit plan for nonmoving designs.
  • Understanding solitaire Trends and doing market research.
Assortment Planning

  • Planning and preparing planograms for new stores.
  • Review and suggest corrections in the Planogram of existing stores based on the required turn.
  • Ensuring alignment of stores is above the threshold level.
Competition Study

  • Visiting competition frequently, to understand their product offerings.
  • Promotion offers and collection launches.
  • Comparing their pricing strategy.
  • Monitoring any changes in Buy back and exchange policy.
3-4 years experience with Jewellery Retail in similar role.


Pay:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
