_We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Patient Coordinator to join our team and assist patients with their medical needs while enrolled in our medical facility._

Requirements:

Strong English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
Proven work experience as a patient coordinator or similar role like customer care and reception.
Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Highly organized with attention to detail, and strong planning and time management skills.
Ready to work in shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

Patient Coordinator responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating patient care services and working with patients and their families to ensure patients receive required medical treatment.
Greet patients and direct them to examination rooms.
Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments.
Address patient requests and needs in a professional manner.
Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls.
Maintain patient medical records uptodate.
Comply with the given additional task assigned by the Head of Department in a timely manner.
Collect patient survey, reviews, testimonials.
Ensure attendance of mandatory training identified by the facility.
