Responsibilities:


  • Identify, prospect and onboard new partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, including regular communication and visits, and serve as a primary point of contact for partners.
  • Develop and execute joint gotomarket plans with partners to drive committed revenue growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales and marketing programs that leverage partner capabilities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with 's goals and objectives.
  • Track and report partner performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure partner compliance with 's policies, procedures, and business requirements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystems to drive innovation and growth.
  • Leverage your existing relationships with partners and organizations in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
  • Work with the partnership enablement and partnership success teams to drive product consumption once a partner contract is closed.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements:


  • 7+ years of partner account acquisition experience, preferably in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with external organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience with negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
  • Familiarity with partnership models and commercial / legal constructs used in GTM Partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
