Responsibilities:


Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.


Administrative Tasks:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.

Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters and contracts.

Manage HR-related correspondence and ensure timely responses.

Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.


Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Support in organizing employee engagement activities.

Assist in maintaining a positive work culture and resolving employee concerns.


Compliance:

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Dubai and ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.

Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and compliance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Knowledge of Dubai's labor laws and regulations.
