Description

Lead fitness classes, including aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, based on client needs and preferences.

Demonstrate exercises, provide modifications, and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals.

Ensure safety and proper form during workouts, offering guidance and corrections as needed.

Develop and implement exercise programs and routines for individual clients or groups.

Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.

Job Requirements:

Certification in group fitness instruction, personal training, or related field.

Proven experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.

Strong communication and motivational skills.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.

CPR and first aid certification may be required.
